Once you have authenticated as an administrator, go to the Dataflow view and click on instance management.

Then click on the top right button to create a new instance.

You will be shown a form that must be filled out completely for the instance to function properly.

- **Identification**: Name for the instance.
- **Default instance**: Generates an instance used by all users who are not assigned one specific instance.

- **User type analytics**: Assign an instance to a specific user.

- **URL to the Dataflow instance**: Instance access point.
- **Instance credentials:**
  - *Admin*: Mapped for use of the onesait administrator role.
  - *Manager*: Mapped for use of the onesait analytics role.
  - *Guest*: Mapped for users with read permissions.

Click on the lower right button to finish and the instance will be ready to use.
